So here is a easiest recipe for the tastiest desert-CHOCOLATE FUDGE
hmm.... so the ingredients-
1.Cocoa powder(do u knoe 70% of worlds cocoa comes frm west africa but UK is the largest chocolate consumer.)(50 gms)
2.Any nuts u love preferably akrot(walnut it prevents cholesterol from getting converted into plaque)
3.Ok now u need Condensed milk (preferably milkmaid)(as per ur taste buds)
4.Butter (2 tablespoons )
5.O ya the main ingredient -Maida/bleached wheat flour/cake flour (3:1 ratio with cocoa)
so only 5 ingredients
now the Recipe
1.Melt enough butter in the pan as this is wat gives softness to our fudge(dnt wry abt ur weight use the cholestrol free ones)
2.Do not let the butter melt so much it should be half melt
3.Then add cake flour
4.Then the cocoa
5.Mix it properly do nt let it stick to the pan keep the gas on medium flame and wen u notice that its started sticking to the pan switch the gas off.
6.Let it cool for 1min
7.Mix the walnuts (not whole )
now refrigerate it for preferably 3 hrs to let it settle
